The difference between "introduction to" and "introduction of"

Hello!
I've just started studying English. My teacher uses "introduction to Something" with the same meaning with "introduction of Sth".
I wonder whether"introduction OF Sth" and "introduction TO Somebody" should be exacter.
Would you mind you help me clarify my wonder?Emotion: smile
