The difference between in and from

1. i did a course in xyz institute and i did a cource from xyz institute which one is correct here and why

2. i have completed my engineering in GNI college and i have completed my engineering from GNI college which one is correct

3. i have completed my engineeting in GNI college from ABN university is this correct if this is wrond please do let me know what is wrong i am eagerly waiting for the reply
