The difference between "focus on" and "concentrate on?"

This is one question from my book:

Our company don’t --------- on profits only.

A. Concentrate
B. Focus

The key gives B but I don't think there is a difference between them.
What do you think?

When a company is personified, it is normal to use the singular verb: Our company doesn't focus/concentrate on profits only . I see no real difference between the verbs.
