What is the difference between these four sentences?

A. After I had found a hotel, I looked for somewhere to have dinner.

B. After finding a hotel, I looked for somewhere to have dinner.

C. Finding a hotel, I looked for somewhere to have dinner.

D. Having found a hotel, I looked for somewhere to have dinner.
