Done is a past tense verb. Bob done his homework. Do is the future tense of done. Often with will or shall. Bob will do his homework. The present tense of Do and Done is does.

That is not correct. The past tense of do/does is did. Done is the third form (past particple) of the verb. It is used in the construction of perfect (I have done) and of passive (it is done) forms. Bob done his homework is not standard English.

With all due respect, Sintax is wrong. Never, ever Done is the past tense of DO, nor is DOES the present tense of DO and DONE. It's only understood in the context of our proper tense usage.

A verb in simple (not compound) present tense implies an action normally done or taken place. A simple example would be:
I DO laundry; you DO laundry; he/she/it DOES laundry; we/ you(pl.)/ they DO
