The picture demonstrates the steps to produce bricks for building purposes. Overall, there are seven stages in the process, beginning with the digging up of clay and ending with the final product’s delivery.
To begin with, the clay is dug up from the ground by a large digger, after which it is placed onto a metal grid and put through a roller. Subsequently, the clay is mixed with sand and water and then this mixture will be turned into bricks by putting in a mould or using a wire cutter.
The process continues with putting these bricks in an oven to dry for 24-28 hours. Next, they are heated in a kiln at both moderate temperature (200-980 100 degrees Celsius) and high temperature (870-1300 100 degrees Celsius) before transferring to the cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Afterward, bricks are packaged. In the end, they are loaded on a lorry to deliver to customers.
