The diagram below shows how avocado oil is extracted.

The diagram illustrates the production of avocado oil.

This is an eight-stage process, with centrifugation and refining being the most important. Avocado is the input material of this process, the output product is avocado oil, and the byproduct is a mixture of natural fertilizers. In the first stage, avocados are manually classified by workers to remove the rotten ones before being washed in the bucket of water. After washing the avocados, they are passed to a crusher to separate the avocado flesh from the seeds and skin. The avocado flesh is then cut into fine pieces in an industrial blender to become the input material for the next step. The next stage is a two-step centrifugation process in which the avocado flesh is spun at extremely high speeds in the first step to separate the liquid from the solid and oil from water in the second step. The whole process takes place at a maximum temperature of 45-50 degrees Celsius.Rotten avocadoes, seeds and skin, and solid centrifugation waste are byproducts of this process, that are used as natural fertilizer for the orchards. The final three stages are oil refining with avocado oil from the previous centrifugation process as the input material. Oil is filtered to produce purified oil which is stored in a tank set up below. The clarified oil is then extracted by a dispeser, generating the resulting product of oil avocado.
