"The development in the health-care industry" or "the development in of the health-care industry"

I would really appreciate it if someone could let me which of the following prepositions correct. Furthermore, in actual fact, sometimes, I find it difficult to use prepositions - especially when it comes to the "in" or "of". Therefore, I please someone tell me if there is any method to select whether I should use "in" or "of" in a sentence.
