The Dawn’s awake!
The dawn of a thousand dreams and thrills.
And music singing in the hills
A paean of eternal spring
Voices the new awakening.

Paraphrase

As the dawn thousands of people dreamt for has come, so a beautiful music can be heard in the hills. Besides, the paean of everlasting spring is calling for the new beginning.
