The cruise ship...

Tommy: You obviously have feelings for Jude.
Jamie: No. The cruise ship for Jude desire has left the harbor.
His desire has missed his ship?

There is an expression "That ship has sailed" meaning it's too late to do anything about something. It also means that whatever happened was in the past. So either Jamie means that any opportunity she would have had no longer exists, or it did exist, but it's gone now.

"Jude desire" is sort of a compound noun. If you had caught the ship, it would have taken you to a place where this desire might be indulged.
