The correct way to use who?

0 Hello,02br
00I'm not sure what would be the proper way to word the following sentence:02br
02br
01i00The bird, who got lost in the forest, became separated from its flock.02i02br
02br
00The confusion comes in when the subject of the sentence is not a person (ie: dog, cat, etc). Somehow, saying, 01i00who got lost in the forest02i00, when referring to the bird, doesn't seem to sound correct. I'd like for someone to point me in the right direction.02br
02br
00Thanks in advance!0-
