The Correct form of saying some sentences

Hello!

Please, could tell me if the following sentences are correct?

1) With whom would you like to talk?

2) With whom would you like to speak?

3) Who would you like to talk to?

4) Mr. Jones is on a meeting or Mr. Jones is in a meeting? (And it is correct to say: Mr. Jones is in meeting?

5) On the phone- in a formal way, should I say: Who is speaking or who is calling?)

Sorry for sending so many questions, and thank you in advance for your help!
