Please correct the bold part. Is That the correct conjunction?

6 months ago you weren't allowed to go out on your own, now your mom allows you to go out on your own. What happened in the last 6 months that you are allowed to go out

It’s not quite right. I would say something like "What happened in the last six months that changed her mind?"

A sentence isn’t a conjunction, by the way. Conjunctions are words like "and", "or", "so", and "because".
