The consumption of the world's resources (oil, and water etc.) is increasing at a dangerous rate. What are causes and solutions? (IELTS Task 2)

The demanding for using the natural resources is rise rapidly in the world. There are several reasons of this trend which can be solved by a number of solutions.
There are two main reasons point out why the increase of natural resources consumed is at a dangerous rate. The first reason is that due to the develop of modern life, oil and water were used to producing energy which is served a lot of activities of the human. In the developing countries, the number of cars have gone up from last decade. So the demanding of oil, gas, and petrol is also rise too. People who have a modern house used a lot of electric for their convenience. Besides, the renewable energy does not develop because it is quite expensive. In some countries, there are several machines which used by the power by wind or solar were researched, but it is rare to see any tools that are popular in the world. This makes it clear that natural resources keep up with the most important in human’s life, so it is hard to replace.
The government ought to do some actions to tackle these issues. Firstly, they should impose higher special taxes for buying a new car in order to encourage people to use public transports. For example, in Vietnam, the tax of import car is exorbitant, up to 50% of the value of the car. So the middle-class is hard to have their own this vehicle. They need to be thinking about using other public transports instead. Secondly, it is necessary to invest money for the scientists who can able to discover new renewable energy. This energy is considered the power for the future to replace the natural resources depleted. The renewable is unlimited sources as wind or solar energy.
In conclusion, some reason of the rasing for the consumption of world’s resources and the issues can be tackled by some effective solutions.
