Please, tell me if the next sentences are both correct and mean the same.

1. Do you think _ it is a good idea?

Thank you. But I forgot to ask why it was not correct... I should never use IF after "do you think", shouldn't I? But, as I understand, it is right to say THAT after. For example:

Do you think THAT it is a good idea?
