The concert is tonight (I dont know if it's right)

Dear Bro/Sis

In my English book, (Oxford English Grammar). There is a sentences

"The concert is tonight"

I don't know why it's right, because I know that (Oxford says) there are adjective, noun, expressions of place after BE

Is "tonight" ADJ, N or Place?
