Feebs11It seems to be better as "shake" implies the whole physical screen shakes. Another word is "shivers".I think that no matter what verb is used to describe the action, we must assume that the reader will understand that it is not the screen itself that shakes/ripples/shivers/whatever, but rather the image on the screen.
