Hi.  Can someone tell me what does mean the phrase "online problems"? Text is about translating and interpreting and the problems ,that may arise. Can I translate it as "actual problems"?

'cognitive skillls' help you understand and recognize things. The better cognitive skills you have, the smarter you are. 'cognitive skills', as used in the paragraph above, also suggest that they depend on the knowledge acquired.

'cognitive saturation' probably means that your brain has to process a lot of information but can't (the amount of information is simply too big for your brain to process)

I've never heard 'online' in a context like this but perhaps it means to sort of 'switch on your brain in order to do a particular task'. Again, I'm merely guessing here.
