The Christmas song - Little Drummer Boy

Hi,
Here is one verse of the song:

Little Baby, pa rum pum pum pum
I am a poor boy too, pa rum pum pum pum
I have no gift to bring, pa rum pum pum pum
That's fit to give the King, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum

I have a question about the fourth line...
What is the word "That's" abbreviation of?
Is it "That has" or "That is" or what? Neither of them fits to me ;-)
I would say that line like this: That fits to give the King...
Is it wrong to say it like this?

Thanks!

I have no gift that is suitable for a king.

In this song, the words "fit" means "suitable for."

Thank you for quick reply...
Can it also be "That is appropriate to give the King"...?
..and "That fits to give the King"...?

That doesn't really work.
