The charts below show the result of a survey that asked customers in the Parkway Hotel how they rate hotel’s service

The pie charts detail about how customers feel about Parkway Hotel service over a 5-year period starting from 2005.

Overall, it is clear that the hotel’s service improved throughout the years since the visitors opinion changed significantly from most satisfactory in 2005 to excellent and good in 2010.

In 2005, just 5% in total of the customers voted excellent for the hotel’s guest service but this number increased dramatically to 28% in 2010. The proportions of people replied good took the biggest portion accounting for 34% in 2010 chart.

By contrast, most guests gave negative feedback about the hotel service which is satisfactory and poor in 2005, with 45% for the former and 21% for the latter. The same pattern is unable to observe in term of the rated for very poor. The volume of customers to rate the service very poor is 15% but decreased considerably to only 4% in 2010.
