The chart shows the water levels of 6 cities in Australia {Darwin (1), Sydney (2), Melbourne (3), Brisbane (4), Perth (5) and Canberra (6)} in October 2009 and October 2010

The bar graph delineates the water levels of six various urban areas located in Australian country {Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra), which are assigned as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 respectively in one period of time between October 2009 and October 2010. The water levels are demonstrated in terms of percentage on vertical axes.


Overall, it is inferred that Canberra had a bounteous amount of water volumes in both years as compared to downtown. On the other hand, water height of Brisbane city remained uninterrupted in both years.

To commence with, Melbourne was the city in 2009 that had limited water storage however, a significant hike about 10% occurred in following year. A slight escalation of around 5% noticed for Sydney in 2010. In contrast to 2009, Canberra and Perth witnessed a drastic upsurge of around 13% and 20% of water level in reservoirs for 2010.

On the other side of table, Darwin is the exclusively only city, which has observed a sharp descent of around 10% in terms water storage.
