At first glance, it could be seen that the number of CDs sale dropped down slightly while DVD or video continually increased.

In 2000, this was the golden time of CDs revenue that got the highest point, approximate 35 billion dollar, yet, it started reducing slowly after that over little 30 billion dollar.
