Additionally, not only the quality of life but also their own job might deteriorate. The main reason is that you can not come up with the space of life, which changes every day, you still stand the same position.
The hope of solving these problems, some solutions are come up with to make the life better. Actually, first of all, people have to accept to change the life and get rid of rigid attitude. Secondly, befor adapting to new way, people should spend a lot times on observing whether the change will bring a good or bad impact. In further step, if the change is too difficult, you can change a little bit first and still remain which use foundation.
In conclusion, people should adjust their awareness to help their lives better than before. Do not be hidebound with the changes because this might prevent you from achieving success
