If you have time, please see the upper right of http://www.dictionary.co.uk/word/confuzzled , and you will find "Add a Word" button there.
Just like in the above sentence, I wonder if I shoud put "the" before "Add a Word" especially when you are explaining how to use http://www.dictionary.co.uk/word/confuzzled.
I think putting 'the' is a little redundant since you can clearly see the button named "Add a Word".

EDIT: I also find with Microsoft Word's assisting function that when you add the word 'button' then 'the' is required, but without the word 'button' then it' s okay.
