The Bully, the Bullied, and the Bystander.

Q) Is there a noun for "the bullied?"

I know there's a noun form for bully. (Bully is a verb and a noun._
But, I have no idea if there's a noun form for a person who is bullied.
The bullied are people who are bullied, aren't they? Is there a singular form of "the bullied?

Or what's the natural expressions to refer to people related to a bullying situation?
