'the bread with strawberry jam inside'

'the bread with strawberry jam inside'

Is the expression natural to use? And then what does 'inside' function in this phrase? Is this the same as 'talk with my mouth full' or the phrase is unnatural to use?

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual in advance!

Yes, it is a jam sandwich and then here 'inside' functions as an adverb or an adjective? This question is somewhat weird but I am curious to know it

For me, "bread with strawberry jam inside" seems a little odd as a description of a sandwich. However, ignoring that, I would say that "inside" is an adverb.
