Hi again,

This book is worth a read.

This book is worth reading.

This book is worth many reads.

This book is worth reading many times.

All are OK. #1 and #3 are casual English, although #3 would not be so commonly heard.

Just a small addition.

many reads is very unlikely because a read implies a quick once-over (to me, at least). worth a read is a way of saying "worth only one read, not worth more". It's like saying that the book is not really great, but if you have nothing better to do, it might be amusing or interesting to read it once -- and not necessarily with any great care e
