The best gift possible?

Is this sentence correct? 'He gave me the best gift possible on Valentine's day'. I'm not sure about possible. Can I use it like that or should I say 'He gave me the best gift he could possibly get' and if I can, does it mean same as 'He gave me absolutely the best gift'. Thanks)
