Did I use the articels in the right way here?
Putting words from the frequency list (with images, the sounds and the definitions) into Anki (4000-5000 most frequent) and in the same period of time using the L-R method to become familair with the `melody` of the language and to hear "in action" the words I've already got to know.

"in the same period of time" doesn't read terribly well here. "at the same time" seems to be what is required.

0I omitted the definte article because you may use different images for the certain word but it has one "sound" and its own definition.
But, in general, can we omitt the definite articel when we know that the certain thing belongs to or is connetced with anoter one?
