The article is worth reading over and over again.

Most dictionaries see "worth" as an adjective, but in practice, it is almost always followed by a noun or a gerund. IMHO, I think it's better classified as a prep. What do you think? Thanks.

I think Angliholic’s question is a valid & interesting one that deserves some attention & discussion. Not so surprisingly many dictionaries do classify ‘worth’ as an adjective including Gage Canadian, Oxford Advanced Leaner’s, WordNet, American Heritage, Kernerman, Cambridge Learner’s, Encarta and etc. Many grammar/usage books do treat ‘worth’ as adjective including Fowler’s, Pence e
