'The' article

Hello,

I was wondering if the highlighted articles 'the' are necessary in the paragraph below:

We introduce a new framework based on XXX, enabling agents to share instructions on various tasks assigned to them. This framework is used to initiate (the) tasks for the agents, provide instructions on how to accomplish the tasks, and ground (the) instructions to the agents’ capabilities.

Delete them. Also delete all the other 'the's in the passage.

Pooyaninitiate (the) tasks for the agents
Optional.
Pooyanand ground (the) instructions to the agents’ capabilities.
I would not use "ground", and keep the article. If you omit it, it sounds abrupt and abbreviated, as in military orders.
If that is the effect you want, then consider omitting most of the "the's".

What I am assuming in the paragraph is;

The second 'tasks" refers to "various tasks assigned to them" in the previous sentence.

and the second "instructions" refers to "instructions" in "provide instructions on how to accomplish .."

so I believe they need the definite article 'the'?

Not really. Those references (ie. "various tasks") are so indefinite that the definite article is optional.
