"This book is impossible to read."I have learned that this sentence is correct but "This book is impossible to read it." is wrong. And then I was wondering if this sentence is correct?The answer is possible to reply to his question.Or should there be an omission or a modification? Thank you so much as usual in advance.

Not possible. The answer is a possible reply to his question is OK, however. Or, The answer is possible as a reply to his question.

It's understandable, but it would be said thus: This place is good for hanging out with friends.

Thank you so much as usual and I am confused that 'This place is good to hang out with friends' is wrong and then I will change a bit and give some sentences.

1. This place is too bad to hang out with my friends.

2. This shop is convenient to shop.

3. The school is close to walk from here.

4. She is too good to go out with you.

I can make numerous sentences and I feel like those sentences are all natural and my question is whether I can see to infinitives as an adverbial phrase that modifies adjectives like good, bad, convenient, close, etc?

I suggest you start by reading this article. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tough_movement

It gives a list of the adjectives that can appear in the pattern X is [adjective] to [verb], where X is the object of the [verb].

This problem is too hard to solve. (solve the problem)

If the adjective doesn't have the right properties as explained in that article, (i.e., the adjective is not in that list), then X is the subject of the [verb].

She is ready to leave with us. (she leaves)

This material is somewhat complicated, so it may take some time for you to read and understand it. Just be patient.
