The annulment option

Hello everyone. I have a question. In Islamic law (fiqh) there is a term for the legal ability to annul a contract as long as the meeting is not over. In Arabic it's called ???? ??????. In Persian ???? ????.
Can you tell me the closest term for it in English?
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi there This is a diffucult question, and I was wondering if you could answer a few questions, to those of us who doesn't speak either Arabic or Persian. What sort of meeting are we talking about here? Is a a contract which is made in a court of law, or between 2 private parties, or between 2 business partners?

I haven't heard of such a term within the laws of the E.U constitution. If there is a cancellation period, it must be stated within the terms of the contract.
