Hi! Is this okay with respect to the article:

Pick two homes with different prices.

Then pick the one with a smaller price / Then pick the one that has a lower price.
Don't buy the one with a higher price / Don't buy the one that has a smaller price.

Sorry, I meant:
Then pick the one with a lower price / Then pick the one that has a lower price.
Don't buy the one with a higher price / Don't buy the one that has a higher price.

They are all OK. You could replace a with the in any of them, and it would work as well.
