The analyses of a sentence

Daughter of Philip IV, Isabelle put Europe to fire and blood during the largest medieval war that Europe has known, the Hundred Years War. The daily humiliation she suffered in his private life generates in that queen a terrible revenge she does not measure all the consequences beforehand. Battered woman, a free woman, she-Wolf of France.

I think "in that queen" is an inserted adverb phrase, an appositive "that" is omitted before "revenge," and "does" should be "did" because of "beforehand."
I'd like to know if my thought is right.
Thank you in advance for your help.

It's not a terrible mess, but the blogger who wrote it was rather careless.
