The American pronunciation of "failure"

Hi, there. I'm always confused about the American pronunciation of "failure". Is the "l" in this word pronounced two times, like fail-lure /'fe?l-lj?(r)/? https://forvo.com/word/failure/

I am no linguist. I come to questions like this one as cold as the OP. I listened to the Forvo links, and I hear the British guy using a much lighter "l" and "y" than the Americans.
