1- The amazing small bottle of Indian anti-hair-loss shampoo. (Shampoo cannot be small. A bottle can be small.)

The first order appears to be correct, but still the "small Indian" association is unfortunate and offputting. As a whole, the phrase seems just a bit too much.

The second one should be "The amazing old-fashioned pigment-fixing cream".

Edit: I understand "a small shampoo" to be shorthand for "a small bottle of shampoo".
