I mean by "inside out" the name of the film.
Is it correct?

If it's the name of a movie, it should be "Inside Out". The first line in your post, of course, is not a complete sentence.

I'm not sure what "full" is doing in your phrase.

Try one of these:

"Inside Out" is an amazing movie.
The movie "Inside Out" is completely amazing.
The amazing movie "Inside Out" is nominated for an Academy Award.
