The adverb "yet"

Would it sound natural if I put the adverb ‘yet’ at the end of the following sentence?

That kid hasn’t yet developed a sense of responsibility.

My revision:That kid hasn’t developed a sense of responsibility yet.

I notice that if no contraction is used in the sentence, it does sound natural when ‘yet’ follows the adverb ‘not.’ (That kid has not yet developed a sense of responsibility.) What do you think?
