The active/passive voice

Hi.

Today I saw the sentence which I felt weired.

Could you check out the following sentence because I think the "Recruiting" should be "Recruited" in that sentence for the prospects are recruited, not recruiting.

That sentence is clearly a mess. At first I thought prospects means candidates but then 'recruiting' would have to be an adjective given the context. You could be right about 'recruited' but the sentence still doesn't make sense to me.

There is no object here and you have two verbs - it's ungrammatical.
