Hi

Could you please help me improve this sentence? accident ...accidental is terrible.

This accident (you are describing) sounds more intentional than accidental.

(The speaker does not believe that the accident just took place. He thinks it was a planned act.]

This event / This happening / This incident (maybe too much like 'accident'?) / This occurrence / This development / This act / This action

If I knew what it was, I might be able to suggest less generic words.

The fire seems more intentional than accidental.
