The ABC Store or ABC Store on Broadway Street

I am going to make up a scenario for my example.

I have been to many ABC Stores to look for the computer that is now on sale. But, it's sold out. My friend has suggested that

(a) I go to ABC Store on Broadway Street and see if it is available.

(b) I go to the ABC Store on Broadway Street and see if it is available.

My non-native English speaking friends think you don't need "the" as in (a). But, I think I need the article because I am talking about that specific location.

What is your opinion? Thanks a lot.

But if you want to write it all as one sentence, don't say I'm going. Instead, say it this way.

My friend has suggested that I go to the ABC Store on Broadway Street and see if it is available.

or
