The / a final winner

I will be the final winner. VS. I will be a final winner.

I think the first is natural and correct in grammar but can I also say the second in what cases? Thank you so much as always.

'winner' implies 'final winner'. It's redundant to say 'final'.

I will be the winner. (In competitions where there can be only one winner.)
