THAT/WHO/WHOM Struggling with this, please help

I'm having trouble with this.

When do you use who and when do you you use whom?

which are correct?

She's the only person I loved.

She's the only person that/who/whom I loved. (are they all correct?)

He's a man people like at first sight.

He's a man that/who/whom people like at first sight.

Who = used as subject of the [following] verb

Whom = used as ojbect of the[following] verb or the preposition

She is the only girl who understands me.
