Thanks for coming in. I am troubled by this question.

I was born in the year of 1970.
My grandpa died in the same year.

Which of the following combination is right, or none of them?
1.I was born in the year that my grandpa died.
2.I was born in the year when my grandpa died.
3.I was born in the year my grandpa died.
