I don't think it's considered an idiom, unless it is peculiar to a certain region. Its a very casual way of expressing: Here we are, done with our work. I rather like it, but I don't think I'll adopt it into my general list of expressions.

I've used 'That's me done (for the day)' when I have caught up with as much work as I feel like doing.
