Hi
This is a dialogue between a frustrated mother and the director of an expensive school. The woman has to withdraw her child from school because she no longer can afford the high fee. Is the dialogue OK, especially the underlined part? Any suggestions please?
A – If one is poor, it should not mean that his children are deprived of good education.
B- That’s the basic principle of life– just like good education, one cannot buy an expensive car, travel first class, or arrange a big dinner party at a five star hotel. Why quote education only?
Thanks,
Tom
The logic escapes me.
