I read a punch line in which, they write "choose the software that's suits you"

I think it would be that suits you.

Please tell me about that's suits you and that suits you. which one is correct.

There is no document on such a simple grammar mistake. You cannot have two verbs in the clause, that is all: (X) that is suits.
