That's like I / me saying that I am not going to do it.

That's like I saying that I am not going to do it.

That's like me saying that I am not going to do it.

I think the first sentence with "I" is correct because "I am saying", not " Me am saying". Am I correct? ....thanks!!! Emotion: smile

When the object of a preposition or verb constitutes the logical subject of a verb following, the "object" case always takes precedence. At least, I can't think of any exceptions.
