That's great

When a frined of mine got the opportunity to study abroad, I wanted say
"Good for you that you get to study abroad."
"That's good to get to study abroad."
"That's good to hear that you get to study abroad."
" You must be happy to get to study abroad."

Are these sentences OK? Which way to say this would be approprite?
